Privacy Policy
Template, review before launch: this page describes what the waitlist code in this project actually does. Have a lawyer review it and update it as the product grows (accounts, payments, uploaded documents, analytics).
What we collect
- Email address, to add you to the waitlist and email you about early access.
- State (optional), to decide which states to support first.
- A keyed hash of your IP address, used only for abuse and rate limiting, kept for a short time. We do not store your raw IP address.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data. We don't collect divorce case details on this site; the waitlist form only asks for your email and state.
Who processes your data
This site runs on Cloudflare (hosting and database). Emails are sent through Bird (bird.com).
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. To have your data deleted, email us from the address you signed up with and we'll remove it.
